Police arrested Mitchell Maldonado, 33, in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident in Brooklyn that left one pedestrian dead and another injured.
The hit-and-run occurred on March 3, 2023, when a red pickup truck struck two pedestrians, killing 41-year-old Tamika Richards.
