Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso emphasized the urgent need for new affordable housing, citing recent city council approvals for the Atlantic Avenue Mixed-Use plan, which aims to add 4,600 homes. Reynoso pointed out that the city council recently approved the Atlantic Avenue Mixed-Use plan, a community-led, area-wide plan to rezone and redevelop a section of Atlantic Avenue.
Dan Marks, moderator, and CEO of TerraCRG told the Brooklyn Eagle that, 'Anytime we can bring several hundred people together to talk about Brooklyn, it's a special day.'
