Reynoso pointed out that the city council recently approved the Atlantic Avenue Mixed-Use plan, a community-led, area-wide plan to rezone and redevelop a section of Atlantic Avenue.
Dan Marks, moderator, and CEO of TerraCRG told the Brooklyn Eagle that, 'Anytime we can bring several hundred people together to talk about Brooklyn, it's a special day.'
The ethos of housing is changing in a significant way - all throughout the city,' Reynoso said. 'More and more elected officials and community activists are embracing the need for housing in their community.
