A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Brooklyn. The victim, a 57-year-old man, was struck by a vehicle that crossed over double-yellow lines at an intersection.
Preliminary investigation revealed the victim had gotten out of his vehicle when he was hit. The incident occurred early in the morning before 6 a.m.
