NYC Votes has installed six murals across Brooklyn and Manhattan to encourage New Yorkers to get out and vote in the upcoming April presidential primary election.
In a presidential cycle all but guaranteed to be a rematch of the last one, New Yorkers may be feeling less than energized to go vote.
