Borough Park resident Muhammad Hashim faces multiple charges including aggravated harassment as a hate crime and reckless endangerment after an intimidation attempt against a Jewish man.
Brooklyn Shmira, a local patrol group, responded to the incident and tracked Hashim until police arrested him shortly after midnight for making threats.
