Man shot with pellet gun during Midtown rush - one of three similar incidents in NYC within hours

A pedestrian was shot in the back with a Gel Blaster pellet gun in the heart of Midtown, one of three similar incidents in NYC. The suspects in all cases fled after the attacks, leaving victims injured and baffled by the motives.

While the motive for the attacks remains unclear, pedestrians in Manhattan and a fare collection worker in The Bronx were targeted in separate incidents with Gel Blaster and BB guns. Police are yet to determine if the incidents are related.
