
"BROOKLYN, NY - Chaos struck Brooklyn's Fort Greene Sunday when a 65-year-old man riding an electric motorcycle collided with an ambulance, police said. Police said the fatal crash occurred around 1:10 a.m. near Ashland Place and Willoughby Street in Fort Greene. Authorities said the ambulance was traveling north on Ashland Place when it struck 65-year-old motorcyclist Ray Wilkerson Lynwood, who was heading south."
"Police said the ambulance was responding to a call about a man in distress, with its emergency and flood lights flashing, when it collided with Wilkerson. Medics rushed the 65-year-old to Methodist Hospital, but he was pronounced dead. The ambulance driver, a 21-year-old woman, along with two crew members-a 29-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man-were also taken to the hospital. Officials added that all three were in stable condition as of Monday."
"A spokesperson for NYU Langone said the hospital is cooperating with NYPD investigators. No arrests have been made, and the case remains under investigation by the NYPD Highway District's Collision Investigation Squad."
