Madman steals FedEx truck on NYC street and goes on crash-filled joyride, then returns to scene to hijack ambulance
"A madman went on a chaotic joyride through Brooklyn Sunday afternoon after allegedly stealing a FedEx truck and crashing into multiple vehicles and a church fence before attempting to hijack an ambulance, according to authorities. Domanique Bullock allegedly hopped into a parked FedEx truck outside of 606 Carroll Street in Park Slope and shoved its 25-year-old driver out of the vehicle at around 2:25 p.m., according to the NYPD."
"He kept going and rear-ended into a yellow 2024 taxi stopped at a red light at Carroll Street and Sixth Avenue - and then plowed into a nearby church fence, causing damage, according to cops. Bullock then ditched the truck and fled on foot, officials said. But he bizarrely returned to the crash scene and attempted to climb into a parked New York-Presbyterian Hospital ambulance that responded to the wreck he allegedly created, police said."
Domanique Bullock allegedly hijacked a parked FedEx truck outside 606 Carroll Street in Park Slope and shoved the 25-year-old driver out onto the street. He drove eastbound on Carroll Street, striking a parked 2012 Mercedes-Benz SUV and rear-ending a 2024 taxi stopped at a red light at Carroll and Sixth Avenue, then plowing into a church fence. Bullock abandoned the truck and fled on foot, then returned and attempted to climb into a New York-Presbyterian Hospital ambulance that responded to the crash. He tried to operate the ambulance unsuccessfully and was taken into custody. He faces multiple charges; no injuries were reported.
