"Everybody's ready with their rain gear and their umbrellas, and they're enjoying themselves, and that's what the Antic is all about," said Assembly Member Jo Anne Simon.
"I've never made that mistake again. So now I revere at the Antic. The Antic is sacred," Simon said, emphasizing the fair's importance in community engagement.
