This venue holds special significance for Buress, who regularly performed there before its closure in 2022 due to rising rent. Buress expressed his excitement about creating a new home for creative events, blending performance and show attendance into a single location.
I have a lot of great memories in the space and I'm excited to create more. I'm excited to move past the construction phase and get to putting on events.
Isola will be housed in the former location of Knitting Factory, a venue near and dear to the comedian.
