Comedian Hannibal Buress will open Isola Brooklyn, a new comedy venue, on March 9th in the space previously occupied by the Knitting Factory, which closed in 2022 due to soaring rents. Buress, who hosted the last show at the Knitting Factory, plans to resume his weekly stand-up series beginning March 16th. In addition to comedy, Isola will introduce 'Eshu Tuesdays,' featuring performances, DJs, and various artistic expressions. The venue’s opening night includes a sold-out show with Buress and special guests.
