"According to the NYPD, the suspect first pushed a 30-year-old and then Williams onto the tracks on the Southbound F and Q line on Sunday at approximately 11:30 a.m., at the Lexington Avenue-63 Street subway station. Then, the suspect left the station and ran away."
"Police officials said 34-year-old Brooklynite Bairon Hernandez was arrested and charged with attempted murder, attempted assault, assault, and reckless endangerment. He was charged on Tuesday at 2 p.m."

The suspect fled the scene after the attack. Both victims were transported to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where the elderly man was listed in critical condition and remains on life support unable to speak, while the younger victim was in stable condition. Police arrested 34-year-old Bairon Hernandez from Brooklyn and charged him with attempted murder, attempted assault, assault, and reckless endangerment. The victim's family remains at his bedside.
