The unnamed baby boy, who weighs 7 pounds, 12.5 ounces and measures 21 inches, was born to mom and Rafael Abitbul.
Abitbul was born at the same hospital, formerly named NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island, 23 years ago by the same doctor who delivered him.
This is the fifth first baby of the New Year in a row for the hospital, officials said in a statement.
