Brandon Hurst, a local owner-operator, is bringing his entrepreneurial spirit and community focus to the new Chick-fil-A in Clinton Hill after serving Brooklynites at the flagship location at Flatbush and Atlantic Avenues. Hurst said he is prepared to meet the unique needs of the Clinton Hill community.
Hurst has announced plans for a groundbreaking collaboration with the New York City Department of Transportation to install a dedicated bike corral on Clinton Avenue, providing a streamlined experience for bike and moped delivery workers. 'I'm a Brooklyn resident, too, so I'm no stranger to the demands and challenges they face,' he said.
This initiative underscores Chick-fil-A's commitment to supporting the delivery worker community, building on its successful 'Brake Room' program launched in 2023, which provided a dedicated space for delivery personnel to rest and recharge.
