Maggie Ross joined Brown Harris Stevens as managing director of sales for the firm's Brooklyn operation. She will oversee operations across the brokerage's four Brooklyn offices and collaborate with corporate and regional market leaders. Ross previously worked as an associate real estate broker at Compass and has over 15 years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout New York City. She began her career at a boutique brokerage in Cobble Hill and later worked at a larger Brooklyn firm. Before real estate, Ross practiced antitrust and commercial litigation in Manhattan. Bess Freedman, the CEO, described Ross as having a strategic mindset, collaborative approach and steady leadership.
