Brooklyn's Aviator Sports to Close Indoor Activities
Briefly

The Aviator Sports and Events Center's indoor facility at Floyd Bennett Field is set to close in mid-April as its contract with the National Park Service expires on April 14. This closure will affect all indoor programs, including hockey, gymnastics, and volleyball. However, outdoor programs such as golf and Green Meadows Farm may remain operational until fall 2025. The National Park Service is seeking a successor operator, and management expressed gratitude to the community for contributing to the facility's legacy of memories and friendships.
