The NYPD has arrested Jamar Banks, 52, linked to a series of subway assaults, allegedly targeting individuals across different transit stations throughout the city.
Authorities reported that on January 1st, Banks initiated his violent actions at the 14th Street and 7th Avenue station, further escalating with assaults, including one on an MTA employee.
