A fatal motorcycle crash occurred at the intersection of Clarendon Road and E. 35 Street in Brooklyn, resulting in the death of 34-year-old Mamadou Oury Diallo. Police have arrested 29-year-old Tony Wallace for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following the incident. Diallo was struck while traveling westbound on his motorcycle. Emergency responders quickly transported him to a hospital, where he was declared dead. The NYPD Highway District's Collision Investigation Squad is investigating the crash, which coincided with another fatal crash on Staten Island.
Police arrested 29-year-old Tony Wallace of Snyder Avenue in Flatbush for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following the crash on Saturday.
Wallace was driving a 2019 Alpha Romeo heading eastbound on Clarendon Road when he barreled into a black 2024 Fengyuan motorcycle, driven by 34-year-old Mamadou Oury Diallo.
Officers from the 67th Precinct rushed to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the horrifying collision. Paramedics were on site and immediately rushed him to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County, where he was pronounced dead.
The incident occurred the same day as another fatal crash that left a motorcyclist dead on Staten Island.
