Brooklyn Is Getting Its First Luxury Building for Couples With 2 Incomes and No Kids - Brooklyn Magazine
Briefly

The demographics are becoming clearer: If you look at the average age of when people are starting to have children, particularly in places like New York, that age has been pushed back over time. We've tried to design the amenities and the services for this more mature renter. They are going to appreciate the things we're offering, in particular a big focus on health and wellness, which we believe speaks more to a mature kind of resident-not necessarily partying all night.
And while all kinds of people-even those with kids-can technically apply for units in what the Post calls the first building of its kind in Brooklyn, it should be noted that not many of the amenities, including happy hours at the rooftop pool, DJ performances, and a Peloton bike gym, seem child-friendly. And there is no playroom.
I have kids in my building and I love it. I like seeing kids around because it makes the place feel more like home.
What if you get pregnant? Are they going to make you move out?
