As of 7:50 a.m. on Feb. 13, the National Weather Service said some areas of the Big Apple had reported heavy snowfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour.
"We are currently experiencing issues with services that require IBM authentication to login," the DOE posted on X (the platform formerly known as Twitter) Tuesday morning at 8:22 a.m.
