"The teen was struck by bullets in both hands and his right thigh, and received a graze wound to his knee inside the Seth Low Houses, on Belmont Ave. near Christopher Ave. in Brownsville, around 2:40 p.m., according to law enforcement. The shooting happened in the stairwell between the building's eighth and ninth floors, law enforcement sources said."
