The Bay Ridge Lawyers Association (BRLA) held a baseball event at Maimonides Park, where camaraderie among members was emphasized by President Mario Romano. He noted the importance of gatherings for Bay Ridge attorneys and their families, which foster connections. The event also expressed gratitude to their sponsors. Looking ahead, BRLA plans meetings and discussions about continuing legal education events, including potential trips to Las Vegas and Washington, where new members can be sworn into the U.S. Supreme Court.
Bonding is so very important in this organization. Every gathering we have is a way to bring the attorneys together that mainly practice in Bay Ridge.
We are also going to get together over the summer with the other officers to discuss our plans for next year's CLEs and other happenings.
