A shooting incident occurred just after 5 a.m. on March 8 outside Richard's Restaurant and Bar located on 94th Street and Avenue L in East New York, Brooklyn. Emergency services transported the victims to Kings County Hospital and Brookdale Hospital, where all remained in stable condition.
