In a shocking incident last week, a 25-year-old woman was stabbed multiple times while riding a northbound D train in Brooklyn. The attack occurred at approximately 1:52 a.m. on May 22, as the train approached New Utrecht Avenue station. The assailant, who approached the victim brandishing a sharp object, did not attempt to rob her and fled the scene afterward. Emergency services quickly transported the injured woman to NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn, where she is reported to be in stable condition. Surveillance photos of the suspect have been released, but no arrests have been made yet.
