Police arrested a 12-year-old boy in connection with a hate crime incident where two Jewish boys were assaulted while playing. Anti-Semitic hate crimes up nearly 50% year-over-year.
The suspect pushed a 13-year-old to the ground and proceeded to kick and punch an 11-year-old in the back, while they were playing on a sidewalk.
