Antonio Fonseca, a 19-year-old from Brockton, has been arrested on multiple charges stemming from a January shooting incident in Easton that injured a 16-year-old girl. The shooting occurred at Avalon Easton Apartments on January 14, where the girl was found with a severe gunshot wound. Despite her survival, she continues to recover from significant injuries. Fonseca, arrested with assistance from other law enforcement agencies, has pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail as the case progresses.
A third man is facing charges in connection with a shooting earlier this year in Easton that left a 16-year-old girl seriously injured.
Fonseca was arrested Friday in Brockton with help from Brockton and State Police. He pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment.
