Boston is the fourth-priciest rental market in the U.S.
Briefly

According to Zumper, Boston's median rent for a one-bedroom apartment was $2,950 in November, a 3.5% increase from October but a 1.3% decrease from last year.
Zumper CEO Anthemos Georgiades stated, 'Our national rent index showing flat-to-declining monthly rates is a clear sign of a shift into the slow moving season...'
Year-over-year measurements indicate that one-bedroom rents increased by 2.3% and two-bedroom rents by 2.5%, reflecting the current U.S. annual inflation rate of 2.6%.
Despite its position as the fourth-priciest rental market in the U.S., Boston rentals showed signs of both seasonal demand decreases and modest price adjustments as November progressed.
