Red Sox pitcher Lucas Giolito had a successful surgery to repair damage in his right elbow's ulnar collateral ligament, the team announced Wednesday morning.
Normal recovery from the procedure would allow him to have a full offseason and full availability in 2025, according to Alex Speier of The Boston Globe.
