A WEEI report claimed there was a 'strong likelihood' of Boston showing interest in the left-hander James Paxton after he was DFA'd by the Dodgers.
Bringing back Paxton to Boston would be a logical move for the Red Sox as they lack a lefty in their rotation and are in need of pitching help.
