The Bruins announced today that they have signed Forward Tyler Johnson to a One Year contract worth $775,000.
As the Bruins' infuriating offensive woes have continued on, calls for the team to sign Johnson began to cry out from the fanbase.
Johnson has largely been buoyed by playing with hotter, younger talents for some time now as well as playing on the Extremely Bad Chicago Blackhawks.
It's a zero-risk signing that carries no weight into the future, and gives a guy a chance to re-establish himself as an NHLer.
