Matt Poitras backhanded a pass to David Pastrnak who left a pass for Mason Lohrei entering the zone. Lohrei then gave a pass right back to Pastrnak in the slot for a wrist shot low past Kuemper at 3:07 into overtime. Final score: 2-1 Bruins.
Jim Montgomery said he was impressed with Lohrei's game, and that Poitras' return - and what he did in it - was "special." The seamless passing made the goal look effortless.
