"From Nov. 1 to 2, service will be suspended between North Station and Forest Hills. Shuttle buses will replace service between Forest Hills and Back Bay and will also stop at Copley. For service between Back Bay and North Station, riders should utilize the Green Line, which will operate more frequently during the Orange Line suspension, or the Commuter Rail."
"Green Line service will be suspended for nine days between Park Street and Medford/Tufts. The suspension will begin at approximately 8 p.m. on Nov. 4 and continue through Nov. 13. Shuttle buses will replace service between North Station and Medford/Tufts. For service between Park Street and North Station, riders should utilize the Orange Line, which is accessible from the Winter Street concourse connecting Park Street and Downtown Crossing."
MBTA announced November service suspensions on the Orange, Green, Red, and Framingham/Worcester lines for protection system installation, revitalization, and signal, track, and culvert upgrades. The Green and Red lines will each undergo nine-day shutdowns. The Framingham/Worcester Line will have two shutdowns across four weekends. The Orange Line will have two weekend shutdowns with shuttle buses replacing service between Forest Hills and Back Bay and alternatives via the Green Line or Commuter Rail; riders should allow an extra 30 minutes. Green Line service between Park Street and Medford/Tufts will be suspended Nov. 4–13 with shuttle buses replacing North Station–Medford/Tufts service and Park Street–North Station riders directed to the Orange Line. Shuttle buses will not stop at Union Square. Cleveland Circle trains will terminate at Kenmore station.
