Stephanie Ilma, 24, also of Mattapan, then 'became extremely aggressive' toward officers and refused their orders to step back. When they attempted to arrest her, she grew combative and punched multiple officers, police said.
Luca Delguado Santos, 20, of Mattapan, was seen 'enticing the crowd' by playing music from a portable speaker. Police approached him and told him to turn the music off. He then swung the speaker at an officer and struck them in the knee, according to BPD.
