Owen McLaughlin won the faceoff to Cole Hutson, who takes 2 strides in, sees Eiserman wide open on the far wall. Eiserman attended New York Islanders development camp and demonstrated elite shooting ability. Eiserman's listed weight shifted from 200 pounds last season to 189 pounds entering this season. Eiserman scored four seconds into the team's first power play against Long Island University by one-timing a pass from Cole Hutson. Eiserman consistently shoots from range, drew a power play with a high stick, absorbed a hard hit from behind, and engaged in net-front battles.
