U.S. District Court Judge Patti B. Saris is permitting responses from Nosalek commission lawsuit plaintiffs and MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN) defendants to DOJ's statement. DOJ recommended changes in cooperative compensation, disallowing set buyer-broker commissions.
