The driver of the Honda Civic, identified as 43-year-old Chad Askew of Mansfield, was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital, Quinn announced."
"Massachusetts State Police said they issued an alert to area law enforcement for a man who reportedly fled the crash scene wearing shorts and boots. As of Thursday afternoon, the man had not yet been found, police said."
