When the woman told him to stop, he became aggressive and asked for her phone number. After she rejected him, police said he grabbed the boy’s leg and stated that the child wanted to go with him. The suspect fled but was located and taken into custody near Chauncy/Summer Street. Authorities have not released his identity, and charges were not specified; the investigation remains active.
