Man arrested, 2 workers injured in crash on Mass. turnpike in Boston

Early Saturday morning, two roadway workers were 'seriously injured' when Pedro Campos, allegedly driving drunk, crashed his Nissan Pathfinder into a work zone on I-90.
Authorities indicated that when first responders arrived, they found Campos's vehicle in a construction area, having struck an elevated lift with two workers onboard.
The Massachusetts State Police reported that the incident occurred around 2:30 a.m., leading to a full closure of the westbound lanes.
Pedro Campos, 32, is facing charges for operating under the influence and negligent operation, with a court appearance scheduled for Monday.
