Joshua Rosario-Rivera, 38, was arrested after leading state troopers on a high-speed chase in a stolen vehicle. The pursuit began on the Southern State Parkway and ended near State Route 25A. During the chase, he struck multiple police vehicles and drove recklessly. Two troopers sustained minor injuries. Rosario-Rivera pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including second-degree assault and reckless driving. He was held on bail and is scheduled to return to court on April 14.
