Mario Hernandez, 32, has been charged with motor vehicle homicide and other offenses following a crash in November that resulted in two fatalities. He pleaded not guilty and was held on $5,000 bail with conditions including alcohol monitoring and a driving ban. The crash involved a 2019 Infiniti Q50 and a white box truck, leading to the deaths of passengers Shane Spillane and Justin Pratt. Surveillance footage captured the collision at the intersection of Centre Street and Quincy Street. Hernandez's next court appearance is scheduled for June 2.
