BPD seeks public's help in identifying alleged serial robber

Boston Police detectives are urging the public to assist in identifying a suspect involved in four recent unarmed robberies targeting elderly individuals in various neighborhoods.
The robberies occurred between June and August, with the suspect reportedly following victims from transit stations before violently ripping gold chains from their necks.
The victims, aged 60 to 70, have been specifically targeted, raising concerns about safety in the communities of Hyde Park, Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and West Roxbury.
Police have described the suspect as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'6" tall, aged 18-20, often seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
