The new Atlas can rotate 360 degrees at all of its joints, part of its all-electric design that replaces hydraulic actuators and offers a broader range of motion.
Boston Dynamics aims for the new Atlas to be used in manufacturing, enabling it to grip and carry objects efficiently with the enhanced capabilities of the all-electric design.
