Police discovered a room filled with illegal slot machines at a Boston convenience store, where minors were reportedly gambling. Multiple adults were present, attempting to conceal gambling activities.
The Attorney General highlighted that the store was operating an unlicensed gambling enterprise that facilitated cash transactions to hide criminal proceeds and avoid tax obligations.
Despite the large seizure, no charges were filed against individuals associated with the illegal gambling operation at the convenience store; however, a licensing citation was issued.
