He faces charges of armed carjacking, larceny, and conspiracy. Sylvia was arraigned in Roxbury Municipal Court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to all charges, according to court documents. He was ordered held on $500 cash bail, which he posted. Sylvia was released on conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim or the other defendants involved in the case."
