2 Boston men accused of assaulting man who hit their car while trying to park

Anthony Shearrion and Arkie Swinson are charged with assault and battery after allegedly attacking a man who accidentally hit their parked vehicle. The incident occurred when the victim attempted to park and accidentally struck their car. After the victim tried to flee, he hit two more parked vehicles. Witnesses reported that Shearrion and Swinson smashed the victim's window and beat him. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized. Both suspects pleaded not guilty and are held at Suffolk County Jail, awaiting their next court date.
