We would be 'unable to read from the book directly or distribute the book due to TN's CRT/Age Appropriate Materials Law.' It appeared that our book had been banned.
The law...prohibits schools from teaching fourteen concepts, including that any individual is 'inherently privileged, racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or subconsciously' and that 'this state or the United States is fundamentally or irredeemably racist or sexist.'
