Random House to Publish Two Novels Based on Exodus RPG
Briefly

Random House Worlds will release two novels by Peter F. Hamilton based on Archetype Entertainment's new sci-fi action-adventure game. The first book, Exodus: The Archimedes Engine, will be released in print and digital formats on September 14. Set 40,000 years in the future, the novel explores a futuristic video game universe where humanity is fighting for survival in a hostile galaxy. Hamilton expressed excitement about writing a story so far into the future and exploring the fantastical possibilities it offered.
"I've never written anything this far into the future before," Hamilton said. "No science fiction author could resist the opportunity to push their imagination out to the kind of extreme that this timeframe allows."
James Ohlen, Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of Archetype Entertainment, expressed his excitement about Hamilton's upcoming novel adaptation of their game. He praised Hamilton's earlier works and is looking forward to seeing his take on the Exodus action-adventure RPG.
"I have been a huge fan of Peter F. Hamilton since his earliest novels," Ohlen said.
