Dortha Kilgore, born in 1937 in California, spent her childhood helping in her parents' grocery store in Hanford, California, later becoming a dedicated member of the Molalla Methodist Church.
She enjoyed knitting, gardening, and donating to local children's charities, along with being an ardent sports fan of The Padres and The Chargers, excelling in bowling with a perfect 300 game.
