Despite being given a deadline to file under her real name, she failed to do so, leading to the case's dismissal. Combs' legal team criticized ongoing anonymous lawsuits against him, emphasizing they would not succeed in court.
This is now the second case brought by these attorneys against Mr Combs that has been dismissed in its entirety.
As of today, March 31, 2025, [Doe] has not filed a complaint in her own name, nor has she sought an extension of time to do so.
