I spent 3 days in Germany's famous Black Forest. Here are 4 things I did right - and 2 I wish I'd known before I went.

It's easy to see why the Black Forest is a hiker's paradise, boasting some of the best trails in Germany, alongside a rich tapestry of folklore tied to its enchanting scenery.
Staying in Baden-Baden was a strategic choice for exploring the northern part of the Black Forest; however, the absence of a trip to the south left us yearning for more.
The experience in the Black Forest was memorable, not only for its fairy-tale origins but also for the delicious local cake and the charm of its cuckoo clocks.
